My tire blew out and the car had to be towed to the dealership to get the tire off due to not having the key for the lug lock. The car arrived 30mins before closing on a Friday. I called and told them I was desperate to get my car home but I do understand they close soon. The service tech went out of his way and put the spare on it for me FREE of charge 30 mins before closing. Thank god for such a kind soul! Gives me hope in human kind ❤️

The service center staff at Genesis continue to provide services that are professional, helpful and friendly.
This dealership and its sister company, Genesis of Covington continue to impress me. Having purchased cars and obtaining service over the years, they continue to go beyond competition. The service advisors and service manager greet you by name (and with a smile) for scheduled appointments. They keep you updated on the work in progress, provide a prompt courtesy shuttle for dropping customers off and picking them up and even wash my car when finishing the service. Highly recommend.
Fantastic car buying experience!
Brought my 23 Palisade in for an oil change, tire rotation, software updates and something going on in the rear end. The technician heard was I was talking about in the rear end and fixed it with an update. Denise in the Service Department was great!
Really nice and provided us a rental after letting us know repairs would be longer than expected. Communication was great every step of the way.
Overall the buying experience was great, staff were friendly, and the dealership was very neat. The only drawback experienced was the vehicle I purchased wasn’t fully cleaned or detailed prior to leaving the dealership. Otherwise, they would have received 5 stars.

Great buying experience! Needed a car for our daughter and planned on buying something pre-owned. My parents and my sister have purchased 3 new cars here and recommended we go. I am very glad we listened. We ended up getting a great deal on something new with the Hyundai 10 year, 100,000 mile power train warranty for around the same price we had budgeted for pre-owned. Frenchie was very helpful on the sales side as well as Joe on the warranty/finance. Easy process and very happy with the deal we got!!!

I found myself in a real crisis the other day when my tire light came on in the middle of my shopping trip. I drove straight to Eddie Tourelle Hyundai and explained my plight to Blythe. I followed the instructions to drive in the service lane, park my vehicle and leave the keys in the cup holder. I was instructed to go to the service desk and ask for my prearranged shuttle back to my residence. The gentleman who drove me home was so pleasant and engaging. A few hours later I was called that my vehicle was ready. The same gentleman came and picked me up to retrieve my vehicle. I was treated by the service lady and given my paperwork and escorted to my vehicle. The whole experience was pleasant.
The service was 5 star. The level of patience through the process was outstanding. Mr. Preston Alexander showed me the difference in vehicles in real time and provided useful information. He was very informative. He also took out the time to teach the different features of the car. If you looking for someone who knows the Genesis brand in and out, i would recommend him.
I’ve never been asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuum. Didn’t even know it was an option, but my service technician informed me of it & I will be taking advantage of it from now on!

This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had!! My salesman Shepard was awesome, I told him what I wanted and him and his team made it happen for me! Informative test drive, quick sales process, painless financing, great deal, and helpful even after the sale. Would definitely recommend Preston and any of the Tourelle dealerships and service centers.
Service has always been completed problem-free in the past. I understand this time the dealership had an unusual backup of vehicles to service and repair. But a week to diagnose, a second week to get a fuel injector, and then a third week to install it seems rather excessive. Hopefully things don’t get backed up that way again in the future. It was a pain having to beg rides the first week and a half. At least they got me a loaner car for the second half of that timeframe.

I was very satisfied yesterday when I bought the Santa Cruz. The truck is awsome. Today I called back to the dealership after I realized I needed a copy of the mileage disclosure statement I signed yesterday so I can get a refund from my previous gap insurance. I talked with the finance manager on the phone early this morning and he said he would email it to me.I live 45 miles away. This place is awesome and is the best Hyundai dealer I have dealt with in the south. I just bought my 16th Hyundai and while I wish they would negotiate a little more on my trade (because used cars are worth more in the market right now) they did give me a good deal. And the service department (could use some more hires) is the best in the state of Louisiana and in the southern states. Really a great business with a great service that backs up their stellar customer service reputation.

I was a first time new car buyer. I researched carefully and ultimately chose Hyundai. The buying experience was pleasant, only took about 2 hours. I never felt pressured or rushed by Jarret even with my million silly questions. I did have an issue with an incident with the service department shortly after my purchase. But Tyler went above in beyond in making right and I am very happy in my Tucson! I hope to be in my new car for a long time, but when I’m ready for a new vehicle I’m definitely coming back to North Park.
