I proceeded to get the tucson se.. they get my note where I want to be and we are excited. we leave home with the car and my wife tells me there isn't heated seats, Manuel seats (we preferred power. so we wasn't happy. I go in 2 days later and mention to them I was not happy. informed the their website stated 3 days worry free exchange. the sales manager shot me down and said there isn't anything he could do. ( needless to say they sold my trade in the day after I traded it in). at this point I was furious. the finance manager then stepped in and really helped me out. had me go out with Lisa who was extremely nice and choose the tucson we actually wanted. if it wasn't for this guy or ms lisa I would have a lawyer by now. I will be back only under one circumstance.. and I won't mention that. the sales manager needs better people/customer satisfaction skills.

We were in the market to replace our Lincoln Aviator with a Genesis but had never been in one. Preston Alexander was our salesman who took his time to show us the two models we were interested in buying. He explained the vehicle features extremely well. Even was able to talk to two customers who recently purchased vehicles and were extremely happy. In the end we secured the 2025 GV80 SUV and we love it. Highly recommend talking to Preston about Genesis.

I was referred to Kyle McSpaddin by a friend. I live in Nashville but I called Kyle anyway to discuss the new Santa Fe. I was so impressed by Kyle's knowledge of the trim options that I was considering making the 500 mile trip from Nashville TN However the color choices I wanted were not available at Kyle's dealership. Sometimes you meet a salesman that goes over and above what you expect of them. This is the best one yet. He had more get-up and go than most salesmen. I was treated like a princess. No joke! Also, attempted to schedule online but the schedule calendar appeared to be incorrect. Times available per the automated system were not showing as available online. Perhaps user error but after multiple attempts gave up and took an appointment time that wasn't ideal. Dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled time. I was contacted with some additional recommendations, agreed to the work and told service I'd pick up my vehicle the next day. 10AM the next day my vehicle was not ready after dropping off the previous day at 3:15. I'd recommend to service to create a better method to schedule appointments. I would have called the service department in advance but 1) didn't want to fight with the automated system 2) the time to complete the work should have been sufficient.

The service isn’t the same. They brush your car and lie about the inspection

Would give a 5 star if the phone system wasn’t so terrible. The service advisors are kind and helpful. The transportation guys have always been nice as well.

I brought my car that I bought new from this dealership for service with about 550 miles on it. The technician removed a fuse by mistake and grease stained on the car. I had to bring the car back. The service rep didn’t acknowledge the issue although it was eventually fixed. Very disappointed with treatment and service.

I have been bringing my Sonatas to Tourelle’s service department since 2013. Ron the service department manager has always been outstanding. I regard him as a friend. The mechanics are fantastic. I had an issue with an oil sensor that could not be fixed ny the Service Dept, so I took it to Legacy GMC in Slidell for something that was covered by the warranty. It cost me $226,90 out of pocket.
