I own a Genesis G8 2019. I scheduled a service for my transmission and was disappointed to find out that the transmission oil could not be fully replaced. It doesn’t seem possible that a company can design a vehicle and not allow mechanics to fully replace and service the transmission. No mechanical component can last forever. I’m sure there will be major discussions if my transmission begins to give me problems.

This was an amazing experience all around! The prices the Eddie Tourelle offers for the things you get, easily beats just about any other deals around! My salesperson was Chad Broussard. Absolutely amazing sales person! Straight forward, honest, willing to work heavily with you to get something that works for you. I was sure I was gonna end up in a used car. I felt like "Frenchie" really listened to what I was looking for. He was kind and Marie was fantastic as well. The whole process was good and smooth.

My 2024 white Palisade paint started chipping, so I brought it in for warranty service. They repainted it and even provided me with a complimentary rental vehicle. They were very responsive, answered all my questions, and returned my calls the same day.

Service was great. A ride was provided to and from my house. Car was detailed. It was a great experience.

I was stuck in a used 2020 SUV with around 10k+ negative equity and high mileage, and they made the numbers work so that I could get out of it and into a new 2026 Tucson hybrid…at half the interest rate im paying now! I dropped off the car without an appointment, yet she promptly assessed the problem and kept me informed with a timely update. Cons: Online price listing is posted, you drive in the following day to find out they increased the online pricing with the “real” price. The original price was “real” but they had an update to the price when you get through the door. The icing on the cake is none of the online posting information has Terms and Conditions outlining “mandatory” $1495 dealership fees. You only learn of it when you sit down with the Sales rep as it is printed on their table. Typical sales tactics to get you in the door and pressure you with fees. I presented the online posting from their website and I asked for them to show me where a buyer could be educated before hand but I was only given an empty stare that they don’t control that. They will advocate their due diligence and quality control when performing inspections and you should have zero to worry about regarding the condition of the vehicle. Remember, you are presented with $1495 fee that you are asked to pay and this should quell your nerves because this covers all the servicing fees. While the following example is minor and quickly fixed it still rubbed me the wrong way. I located a nail in the rear driver side wheel within 5mins of inspecting the vehicle. They quickly investigated it, pulled it out, and deemed it superficial as it didn’t picture the actual tire but only punctured the outer tread material…but I thought I the $1495 was for my benefit. They made some concessions to this fee but only after you ask four times and they ask for you to pay the “real” updated price and THEN they will remove the fee. You end up saving a couple hundred bucks but they are just moving dollars around. Conclusion: We were able to find middle ground and I purchased the vehicle. Be prepared and educate yourself before buying a car from any dealership. Can’t be too bothered at the end of the as they are a business and they are in the business to make money.

Great experience overall. The maintenance was done properly, pricing was fair for a dealership, and the staff was quick and genuinely friendly. I actually switched from a Baton Rouge dealership to come here—and I’m glad I did.
