We were in the market to replace our Lincoln Aviator with a Genesis but had never been in one. Preston Alexander was our salesman who took his time to show us the two models we were interested in buying. He explained the vehicle features extremely well. Even was able to talk to two customers who recently purchased vehicles and were extremely happy. In the end we secured the 2025 GV80 SUV and we love it. Highly recommend talking to Preston about Genesis.
I was referred to Kyle McSpaddin by a friend. I live in Nashville but I called Kyle anyway to discuss the new Santa Fe. I was so impressed by Kyle's knowledge of the trim options that I was considering making the 500 mile trip from Nashville TN However the color choices I wanted were not available at Kyle's dealership. Kyle was extremely patient with me as I changed the scope of vehicles I was considering throughout the process. I will be keeping Kyle in mind for future car purchases.

Sometimes you meet a salesman that goes over and above what you expect of them. This is the best one yet. He had more get-up and go than most salesmen. I was treated like a princess. No joke! If you are skeptical about what I said, please go see Marty. He’s so friendly and is eager to make you happy!!! And girls, he’s a hunk.
Had a 9:30 appt. for an oil change. Was there for 4 hours. Felt like the technicians spent more time trying to see what other repairs needed to be done rather than doing the oil change I brought the car in for.
Overall historically I've been happy with the service center but recent changes to an automated system make it difficult to schedule and if the system does not understand responses it will hang up on you during call. Also, attempted to schedule online but the schedule calendar appeared to be incorrect. Times available per the automated system were not showing as available online. Would give a 5 star if the phone system wasn’t so terrible. The service advisors are kind and helpful. The transportation guys have always been nice as well.
I brought my car that I bought new from this dealership for service with about 550 miles on it. The technician removed a fuse by mistake and grease stained on the car. I had to bring the car back. The service rep didn’t acknowledge the issue although it was eventually fixed. Very disappointed with treatment and service.
I have been bringing my Sonatas to Tourelle’s service department since 2013. Ron the service department manager has always been outstanding. I regard him as a friend. The mechanics are fantastic. They take pride in their work and are always willing to explain and advise you. Ron’s staff are also great. They are always polite, patient and helpful. Service was quick. Paying $50 for air filter is price gouging in my opinion. I could have mouth that for $10. My husband was not happy I agreed to do that with you all. I spent $76 for something that should have been no more $50 for part and labor.

My salesman, Chad Broussard, has been outstanding. I had an issue with an oil sensor that could not be fixed ny the Service Dept, so I took it to Legacy GMC in Slidell for something that was covered by the warranty. It cost me $226,90 out of pocket. I have asked for reimbursement. I hope they reconsider.
