I was a first time new car buyer. I researched carefully and ultimately chose Hyundai. The buying experience was pleasant, only took about 2 hours. I never felt pressured or rushed by Jarret even with my million silly questions. I did have an issue with an incident with the service department shortly after my purchase. But Tyler went above in beyond in making right and I am very happy in my Tucson! I hope to be in my new car for a long time, but when I’m ready for a new vehicle I’m definitely coming back to North Park.

I have mixed reviews. The dealership is clean and friendly enough when you go in, but I am disappointed in the service department. I bought my car in Metairie and switched to using this dealership for my services since I live in Covington. The service person I was assigned to is not the most outgoing and friendliest. Excellent service get you in and out on time.
I have reason to believe that services stated on my invoice were not performed. When I confronted my service advisor I was met with an unprofessional attitude. I will not be returning to the dealership for future purchases or maintenance. Update: The dealership picked up my vehicle and checked the previously performed services. I was contacted by both Genesis customer care and the dealership service manager. I am happy with the resolve of this issue.

Just bought a Palisade from these guys and it was a most enjoyable experience. Shepherd walked through all the ins and outs of the vehicle and Ben handled the finances. At no point did we feel pressured to do anything.

Blythe and other service members went above and beyond knowing that my service would take several hours! Their efforts made my day a lot easier.
When my “Check Engine Light” came on, I called Blythe and she attempted to look at my vehicle diagnostics over the phone (to save me a trip to the Service Department). When we couldn’t pinpoint the problem via phone, Blythe set me up for a midday service visit. The Hyundai Service Technician quickly fixed the problem. I was “in and out” in less than an hour, and able to go back to work. This was my first service experience with my new Tucson and it was excellent.
Frenchie was a great, no pressure sales person and Mike was no pressure on the financing side. There was a great balance of trims available in inventory, which made the selection process easy.

I own a Genesis G8 2019. I scheduled a service for my transmission and was disappointed to find out that the transmission oil could not be fully replaced. It doesn’t seem possible that a company can design a vehicle and not allow mechanics to fully replace and service the transmission. No mechanical component can last forever. I’m sure there will be major discussions if my transmission begins to give me problems.
This was an amazing experience all around! The prices the Eddie Tourelle offers for the things you get, easily beats just about any other deals around! My salesperson was Chad Broussard. Absolutely amazing sales person! Straight forward, honest, willing to work heavily with you to get something that works for you. I was sure I was gonna end up in a used car.
