As a first time car buyer and young adult woman, I felt very taken care of here, especially with Marie Boudreaux. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She was out of business cards. I’m used to visits with car dealerships feeling like a game of Deal or No Deal with Howie Mandel, so it was relieving to be greeted by someone who I actually wanted to make a commission. If you can’t afford the car without negotiation, then you simply can’t afford it. Simple as that. You’d be amazed what mutual respect and kindness can do. She filled my tank with her personal debit card. I hope she gets reimbursed somehow. I didn’t get the run around here. I came ready to buy, and she was ready to sell. It took a few hours to get the car home, but I’m incredibly appreciative for their hard work today. Also, just finance with them. The interest rate is lower than your credit cards’, I bet. The perfect car exists when you know you can afford it. Do the math, and come here when you’re ready to buy. Ask for Marie, Joey, or Jayce. Make sure you get their warranty just in case the insurance industry crashes in Louisiana! You can get State Farm insurance with Blake Matherne, just make sure you ask for Aida first. She can give you his best offer. They’re desperate to sell. On a separate note, I hope car dealerships across America begin investing in safety protections for their female sellers. Selling anything is terrifying enough. God forbid anything happens. It could even happen tomorrow. If I ever need to evacuate, I know I’ll be safe. All appointments start with a test drive if you can tell them what you need going in.

Expecting the typical intimidating and somewhat not so transparent car buying experience, my daughter and I were prepared to be disappointed. Walking away was what we expected. We were greeted and escorted to the lot by Marshal. He first showed us a Santa Fe in the showroom, for fun, while asking what we were looking to buy. As he had an appointment coming in, Marie took over. As Marshal did, she asked questions and took in our answers. We test drove two vehicles, liking them both. Marie laid out payment options, based on wishes. They offered and kept to the 0%, as well as, other low interest options. I was shocked. This is where other dealerships would bait and switch. Then the offer on my trade in was spot on, no need to negotiate. I kept thinking this can’t be real. It was real from beginning to final signing with the finance guy! He offered a few extra warranty options, with no pressure to accept. Again, it was about what we wanted, no pressure, no surprises. We drove our vehicles home with no buyers’ remorse. I highly recommend Eddie Tourelle Dealership for their honoring advertised offers and no stress salesmanship.

Blythe is the best. She is the reason we return time after time. Customer service in this day in age has declined, but you all are very lucky to have Blythe. Thankful for her expertise/kindness every time we are there. I have had some else at your location help and he was the worse experience, we drive in from New Orleans just for her 5 star experience.
