The service was 5 star. The level of patience through the process was outstanding. Mr. Preston Alexander showed me the difference in vehicles in real time and provided useful information. He was very informative. He also took out the time to teach the different features of the car. If you looking for someone who knows the Genesis brand in and out, i would recommend him.

I’ve never been asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuum. Didn’t even know it was an option, but my service technician informed me of it & I will be taking advantage of it from now on!

This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had!! My salesman Shepard was awesome, I told him what I wanted and him and his team made it happen for me! I was so nervous and anxious about buying a car but the manager Josh Tourelle gave me a fist pump and said “Trust me, I gotcha”. And they did just that! Service has always been completed problem-free in the past. I understand this time the dealership had an unusual backup of vehicles to service and repair. But a week to diagnose, a second week to get a fuel injector, and then a third week to install it seems rather excessive. Hopefully things don’t get backed up that way again in the future. It was a pain having to beg rides the first week and a half. At least they got me a loaner car for the second half of that timeframe.
